Key Role (By Function)
1)The evaporation heat transfer
By adopting water evaporation cooling technology, heat is absorbed through direct or indirect heat exchange between water and air to achieve cooling, significantly reducing the energy consumption of the compressor. Each unit covers an area of 260 ~ 300㎡, with an outlet temperature as low as 18℃ and a supply air distance of up to 20 meters, making it suitable for large workshops. It saves 50% energy compared with traditional air conditioners, consuming only 6 kwh per hour.
2)Cooling capacity transmission and circulation
Water circulation circuit: It sends the cooled water generated by the main unit to the end, exchanges heat with the air, heats up and returns water, forming a closed loop to ensure continuous and stable cooling supply.
Stable pressure and flow rate: The water circuit stability is maintained through constant pressure and variable frequency water pumps to prevent flow interruption and cavitation, making it suitable for uniform cooling in multiple areas and large spaces.
3)Heat dissipation
Take away the host condenser heat, through the cooling tower/dry cleaning, to the outside, to ensure that the compressor efficiency and reliable operation. Winter or transition season can be directly use cold water cooling, closed compressor, further energy saving.
4)Condensate collection and safety
Equipped with an anti-overflow condensate water collection device (patented), it uniformly collects and discharges condensate water, preventing the ground from being damp, equipment from corroding, and workshops from slipping.
Liquid level monitoring + alarm to prevent overflow, suitable for scenarios with high environmental requirements such as food, electronics, and machinery.
5)Stable system and low cost maintenance
Water has a large heat capacity and small temperature fluctuations, which can buffer load fluctuations, reduce the start and stop of the main unit, and extend its service life. The water circuit design is simple and maintenance-free, requiring no professional maintenance, which reduces operating costs.
2.The Difference From The Ordinary Water Fluorine Double Circulation System
DWLP mainly focuses on water evaporation heat exchange, supplemented by fluorine systems, and places more emphasis on energy conservation, wide coverage and low maintenance.
